Julie-C has been an emcee, educator, and cultural organizer in Seattle for the last 15 years, with grassroots experience in Hip-Hop, urban arts, media justice, and youth service advocacy. She organizes Artist Coalition for Equitable Development and is a program coordinator for NW Folklife.
