The Residency is proud to present “Hip-Hop in the Emerald City: Past, Present, and Future,” an engaging panel discussion on the evolution of hip-hop in Seattle, its influence on our present scene, and implications and possibilities for the future of music in the city. Featuring insight from key players who were there from the beginning, and newer artists establishing their career in music, this discussion will be filled with stories, wisdom, and inspiration for the passionate hip-hop head, local musician looking for inspiration, and the curious music fan alike.
